- We hope to see all of the new faces we met on Tuesday as a part of our National Recruitment Day!
- Bring your friends, and your friends' friends!
- There will be more information about this meeting in the next email!
- We will all meet at Millican Hall and split up into 2 teams for the 2 different locations - it's a Black & Gold competition!
- Those going to Nationals who participate in this fundraiser will receive a percentage of the proceeds made to help cover some of the costs of going to Nationals.
- If you aren't going to Nationals, please come out and support the cause! To do all of the great things we have planned for you this year, NSBE needs $$ and we need your help!
- If you do not drive, there will be a carpool meeting in front of Millican Hall (where the buses meet) starting at 11:00AM, we will be leaving at 11:30 with or without you, so please be on time.

- New approach in how the meeting is structured
- Talk with Old and Current Executive Board members
- Food

- You will learn tips and advice for things you do and do not want to do at a career fair
- You will learn how to start conversation, sell your resume, and ultimately impress the recruiters.

- After you succeed in the career fair, you will learn how to do well at the call back interview

- The Registration fee is now $150 and will go up to $215 on February 15th, 2012
- Lodging for our chapter is at the Courtyard by Marriott Downtown.
- Our chapter is taking 35 students to convention. There are currently 9 spots left, so please register ASAP if you have not already done so.

- A $50 deposit is due on or before Friday, January 27th, 2012 and late payments will not be accepted. Since Earlier = Cheaper, the earlier you pay the $50, the better. We need full participation when it comes to paying convention fees on time.

- The Office of Experiential Learning and the College of Engineering and Computer Science are partnering to host the Spring 2012 Co-op and Internship Fair for all majors.
- Over 25 employers will be on hand to interview students for co-op and internship opportunities. Please visit the website at
- www.explearning.ucf.edu for more information on dress, conduct, etc.
- Check the website weekly for an online directory of participating employers and the majors they are recruiting. Be sure to print out the evening before to get the most up-to-date informaiton!

- Be high school seniors, high school graduates, or current postsecondary undergraduate students.
- Plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at a U.S. based accredited four-year college or university for the entire 2012-13 academic year. Proprietary and online schools are not eligible.

- Demonstrate an interest in pursuing a career in the automotive or related industries using these areas of study.
