F.Y.N.I.S.H. Retention Program

Following the National Directive to make sure you not only are retained through the rigorous coursework of engineering, but also graduate, this program is built to ensure you are academically and professionally successful as a collegiate member of The National Society of Black Engineers @ University of Central Florida. • The Kick Off!: Exposing you to academic resources and networking with others in your major or classes.
• S.T.A.T.S (Study Tactics and Tips Sessions): Exposing you to effective study habits, time management skills, and providing the perfect study environment.
• Mentoring: Guidance through the industry by successful professionals.
• Skills Sessions: Encouraging excellence in your professional development via resumes workshops, elevator speeches, and networking.
